Dr Sunit’s keen interest in intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics made him change his academic stream from natural sciences to humanities – to dive deep into research in psychology and philosophy. He began his corporate career with Tata Motors in Learning & Development and later moved on to work with several multinational corporations as a coach, consultant and facilitator internationally.

In the last 15 years, he has worked with more than 20,000 people from across the world, has experience of 5000 hours of facilitation and consulting, and 1000 hours as a coach. Dr. Sunit has been part of leading international consulting firms from India and Europe.

His expertise lies in the areas of leadership, team alignment, interpersonal dynamics, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, values and psychometric assessments.

Sunit is also a writer, poet, actor and filmmaker. He has contributed to award winning documentaries, photography, painting and songs.
